Open

Use Open to load another address file. The currently loaded addresses
are not kept in memory but replaced by the loaded! After you selected
Load, a file requester pops up, which lets you enter the address file.
Notice that only files can be loaded, which have the proper format --
files that have been created by DFA before!  Files with the wrong
format can't be loaded by DFA and the already loaded addresses keep
unchanged!
